So for my 18th Birthday I did acid. Now this was my second time doing it. The first time I did it I had only taken 3/4 of a ticket and my trip wasn't very amazing. But, this trip was like walking into loony-town. Now its really hard to explain an acid trip. Too much happens and so much of it is so crazy and hard to explain to it makes sense but I'll try to explain it so everyone can understand.

So at the beginning of the night, myself, my boyfriend, and 3 friends went camping at a beach a lot of people like to camp at. We started the night off doing Molly around 6 pm. Once that wore off, we took the acid at about 11 pm. Took about 30-40 min to kick in and then everything started to change.

I remember starting to laugh at a tree because little wormy things were wiggling all over and out of it. Anything with a pattern started to move around including the ground. All of us started laughing at everything and really enjoying ourselves. We had a fire going and I remember all of us looking at it and thinking it looked like lava (we live in Hawaii just to let you know). The trees looked the coolest in my opinion.

I just remember that none of us could really sit still. We kept getting up to find sticks for the fire. My boyfriends face looked like a demon or devil face. My best friend T looked super cute. She had a face like an old 30's Disney cartoon. My friend R looked hilarious cuz her face kept morphing into different shapes. Our last member of our group didn't seem to look any different except he looked really pale. I looked at myself in the mirror (bad idea) and I looked very pale and dead. I also had a huge scratch across my face that was bleeding and it scared the shit out of me(this was real).

During the whole experience, I remember seeing different patterns and shapes and colors (sort of like those acid trip video things you can watch on youtube). The forest/beach looked like a giant cartoon. All of us were babbling nonsense bullshit. I kept saying how we sounded like crazy people and that the people camping next to us were probably shaking their heads at us.

Most of the night we were laughing our asses off and we all saw different things for the most part. When I closed my eyes, I would see different patters and colors and weird things. Everything felt like it was in fast motion but time seems to slow down super slow. The time thing really tripped me out. I would look at my phone to see what time it was every 30 minutes and it always seems like hours had passed. I had to stop looking at the time because it really wierded me out.

Around 4 am probably, my boyfriend, T and I went in the tent. It seemed like we spent a couple hours in there going on weird mind trips together. my boyfriend and I just layed together and talked about a bunch of in depth crazy things. Our friend T ended up freaking out and had a panic attack. She also came down off her trip before all of us.

Our trip lasted till about 9 am the next morning. Around 7 am or 8 am we watched the sun come up which was really cool. Around 8 we decided to all lay down since we were pretty exhausted. I layed down in my sleeping bag in the tent and I felt the most comfortable I had ever felt in my life. My boyfriend layed down with me and I'm pretty sure we both fell asleep. I had so many crazy dreams and images in my head since I was still tripping.

Around 11 am my dad came to pick all of us up and on the drive home while I was looking at the fountain grass growing out of the lava rocks, everything was still moving around and morphing. I stopped tripping around 12.

That acid trip was the most crazy and amazing experience of my life. I still can't really explain what happened and what I saw. Everyone has a different experience. I felt really drained after though. It felt like all my creativity and happiness was drained out of me. Its been about 3 days since the acid trip and I still feel like I have no imagination or creativity left. I don't regret it though =]

perhaps you feel like your creativity is drained because trips are so intense that creativity on regular days are in no comparison. but, with inspiration, ideas will never stop!
